Masai Russell of Kentucky broke the collegiate record and became the eighth-fastest woman in U.S. history in the 100-meter hurdles with her meet-record time of 12.36 seconds Saturday at the 95th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays. Her wind reading of +2.0 m/s was the maximum allowable to qualify for records purposes.
