AUBURN, Ala. -- The Auburn men’s and women’s track and field team concluded competition at the 87th annual Clyde Littlefield Track Relays at the Mike A. Myers Stadium in Austin, Texas and Yellow Jacket Invite at the George C. Griffin Track in Atlanta on Saturday.

At the Texas Relays, Auburn’s 4x100 relay team consisting of freshmen Teray Smith, Michael Cheeks, Khalil Henderson and senior Keenan Brock finished fourth with a time of 39.27. In the 110 meter hurdles final, juniorGary Ford placed eighth at 14.36.

"Our 4x100 relay with three freshman ran a great race to finish fourth against very good competition," head coach Ralph Spry said. "Our lead leg had to nearly stop to get around a runner, so it was still a fast time. Gary Ford had a good performance in the 110-meter hurdles as he PR'ed yesterday and made finals today."

At the Yellow Jacket Invite, the Tigers collected five wins as sophomore Rachel Dincoff claimed the shot put and discus titles. The Fort Wayne, Ind., native recorded personal bests throws of 50-7.25/15.42m in the shot put and 163-07/49.86m.
